The large Zephyr bouquet "Peony Abundance" is made of many marshmallow peonies of different sizes, hand-shaped from apple purée. The dense arrangement of buds creates the effect of lush, abundant blooming. The soft zephyr texture and light fruity tartness are preserved in every bud thanks to agar-agar.
