The Zephyr bouquet "Callas at Sunset" is made of elongated marshmallow calla lilies hand-shaped from apple purée and agar-agar. The smooth petal shape contrasts with the dense flower center, creating calla's recognizable silhouette. The soft, melting zephyr texture keeps a light berry tartness without excess sweetness. The bouquet is compactly arranged and easy to transport in its wrapping.
