The new bonus system of "Worldwide Flowers": everything you need to know
Now your orders will bring even more joy and benefits! We've made this possible with the updated loyalty program, which allows you to earn cashback in the form of bonus points for every purchase on the website or app.
How it works
For each order placed, you will earn bonus points, which are automatically credited to your account.
1 bonus point = 1 ruble.
To accumulate and use bonuses, you need to log in to your personal account. You can use the accumulated bonuses to pay up to 30% of your new order.
To view your current bonus balance on the website, go to the "Bonuses" tab.
In the app, you can do this by going to the "Profile" tab.
Loyalty levels and cashback
The cashback percentage depends on your loyalty level — the more orders you place, the higher the cashback percentage.

When a new level is reached, the cashback percentage automatically increases.
The achieved loyalty level is valid for one year. After this period, it will be reviewed and updated based on your current results and activity.
Important to know
- Bonus points cannot be combined with promo codes, special offers, or other discount programs.
- Starting from November 10, 2025, discount cards previously issued at "Worldwide Flowers" salons will no longer be valid.
- As compensation, all holders of old cards will receive a one-time bonus points credit. The amount will depend on the current loyalty level.
